Me, Nielson, and another guy are going up to Meadow Lane on the 8th-10th. We've got the Car Bar reserved. If anyone else would like to fish up there, you're invited. While we've got the Car Barn filled up, the Jackson cottage is still available, and perhaps the Lodge.

Anyone interested? Maybe it won't rain us out.

Wish I could, but I'll be fishing for redfish and tripletails the week prior. There's this thing I have called a job where they dont like me taking off after a full week vacation.
.good luck guys.

I hope you guys catch a bunch. Don't bother with Back Creek, though - it's cleaned out after the delayed harvest starts.

What flies do you recommend, John? I need to start tying since it's been so long since I fished, I lost my fly boxes.

I'm sorry, Gene; the weekend got away from me. The flies I've had the most success with are the IPW (of course), Sucker Spawn, Jason Bug (Fullback Nymph), Gray Hackle Peacock, Grouse and Gold, Partridge and Green, and small parachute dries.

I hope the rain didn't wash you out.

John
