Fine with me.

I'm cancelling the reservation for the Granary....4 guests aren't enough to make it even remotely feasible. Checking out one last option and that will be the final one. Should know by 3/5, Monday afternoon.

Good move, Ed. If it isn't available, I hope the Jackspn cottage group has a great weekend. No way I'm paying half the Granary fee.

Here's an idea: why don't Eric and John go to the granary and me and Nielson will stay home. I think that's the only alternative, and since I have gout real bad, I might not be able to wade anyway. Or even get my boot on (just started yesterday.) I'll try to get my deposit back on Jackson.

Why does Jim have to stay home? There's room for 8 in the Granary. Sorry about yours gout.

Jim can speak for himself. I'm out of Jackson, and John and Eric can speak for them selves. Gout doesn't play.

1.)The Granary is officially off the books for the last week of April.

2.) I do not intend to seek further rentals for that weekend or others for the time being. Too little interest and too many log-jams. My fault entirely, I should have jumped in and set things up earlier as in the past.

3.) A full report from the lads in Jackson after they land dozens of huge browns and rainbows is requested.

I think Jackson's off, too.

Edited: Actually, I cancelled it this morning. I hope John sees this. If anyone does want to go up there, the Jackson Cottage is officially available.

Probably true but a well intended cluster'k. I don't know about the rest of you guys but my hat's off to Ed for making the effort to put this together.
At the same time, I want to come clean and let you all know:

Last Friday I was informed that I'm to attend a wedding the same weekend as GOTC. Having misplaced my testicles, I decided it would be to my benefit to attend the wedding. Making matters worse, I don't even know the couple getting married, the wedding is in Roanoke, just 80 miles south of Meadow Lane Farm and I don't have a thing to wear.

Perpetually mortified, YPJ
