Post subject:  Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Had to bring some food for a poker game on Saturday night, so I decide to go with pork belly burnt ends with a green chile glaze.

No leftovers for my lunch today. I had planned on making pastrami for this week, but it rained all day yesterday, putting a damper on the outdoor cooking. I need I need one of those tailgater tent things to keep the food coming during bad weather.

Looks good, doc. I made Chili Verde with hatch green chili's. The crowd are it up. Lots of complements.
